Kandy Lam
Biography
Passionate about the way
spaces make us feel.
Kandy Lam is a creative director who is passionate and excited about interior design. She loves seeing how shapes, colours, textures, and materials come together to create beautiful and functional spaces.
Kandy graduated from Chelsea College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior & Spatial Design. She then completed a Master Programme in Interior Design at Florence Design Academy in Florence, Italy.
After her studies, Kandy created designs for show apartments and sales galleries, as well as compositions in super deluxe provisions for several exclusive real estate projects in Hong Kong.
In addition, Kandy possesses rich experience in residential and commercial interiors, having completed numerous projects for major developers in Hong Kong, China, and London.
Prior to establishing Espace Studio, Kandy practised at major interior design firms including Via Architecture Limited, Steve Leung Designers, Richards Basmajian, ARK Associates Limited, and Lees Associate Architecture & Design Company.
